Goals

The idea of losing more than 100 pounds is super daunting.  Like hide-under-a-blanket-and-eat-all-the-food daunting. So I am setting (what I hope are) reasonable goals.

Starting weight: 272 lbs.

Goal #1: 252 lbs. (WW 5% goal) Met 12/4/2011

Goal #2: 239 lbs. (WW 10% goal)

Goal #3: 222 lbs. (50 pounds lost)

Goal #4: 199 (!!!!!!!)

Goal #5: 174 lbs. (BMI: 29.9 a.k.a. no longer obese)

Goal #6: 160 lbs.

Goal #7: 145 lbs. (BMI: 24.9 a.k.a. NORMAL weight)

Ultimate Goal Weight: ???
